- Ownership: Your rights and ownership of content generated using our Services are preserved unless explicitly transferred to ShortVibes.
- Content: Any material created through our Services, uniquely and wholly owned by you.
- Subscription-Based Services: Some of our Services come with the requirement of regular monthly or annual payments.
- Updates to Terms: We are committed to transparency. Any significant changes to these Terms will be communicated to you in advance. Continued use of our Services after such changes implies your acceptance.
- Licensing: Our Services are licensed to you, not sold. You have unlimited access to the Services throughout the subscription period, subject to adherence to the Terms. We retain the right to cancel Services in case of any breach.
- Charges: Subscription-Based Services operate on 30-day intervals for monthly subscriptions and annual intervals for annual subscriptions.

- Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations due to forces beyond our control, such as strikes, work stoppages, acts of war or terrorism, natural catastrophes, or other unforeseen events.

3. Hosted Services
- ShortVibes provides publicly available Services upon your agreement to the terms and conditions specified herein.
- We grant you a non-exclusive license to access our Subscription-Based Services, and this license cannot be transferred, assigned, or used in any prohibited or restricted manner.
- The following events do not constitute a breach of these Terms: Force Majeure events, technical faults or network communication errors, faults of your computer systems or networks, inability for you to use a normal computing system, and routine maintenance.
4. Data Protection
- ShortVibes is committed to being compliant with all Data Protection Laws concerning the processing of user personal data.
5. Payments and Charges
- By using our Subscription-Based Services, you agree to pay for the Services as outlined in this agreement.
- Charges are based on stated values, inclusive of value-added taxes or sales taxes.
- ShortVibes’ Subscription-Based Services offer refunds according to the Fulfillment policy published on our website.
- Payments are processed through an Authorized Payment Processor, and you must agree to any terms and conditions they provide.
6. Use of Services
- Our Subscription-Based Software License grants you access to Services as long as your subscription is valid and in compliance with these Terms.
- To use our Services, you must be 18 years or older and capable of entering a legal contract in the United States of America.
- Certain restrictions apply, including not hosting an account on a publicly available domain, not allowing third parties remote access, not circumventing access controls, and not using the Services for regulated businesses such as gambling.
- Our Services may automatically download and install updates, and you agree to receive these updates as part of your use of the Services.
- We offer support for our Services through specific web browsers, including Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

- ShortVibes only accesses your Content to provide the Services.

- We keep your data as long as you have an active account from one of our Services, and we will begin to delete data that does not have justifiable business reasons upon account closure.

8. License Term
- Under acceptable compliance with the Terms and applicable law, you may access and use the Services that you license from ShortVibes. Your license expires at the end of the term set forth in your Services’ subscription order.
- ShortVibes remains the sole owner of all right, title, and interest in the Services.
9. Account
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs via your account.
- You must sign in periodically to avoid any disruption or loss of access to the Services or termination of your account.
10. Misconduct
- Misuse of Services includes unauthorized use, copying, or reselling of Services.
- Account termination is at ShortVibes' discretion for breaches or misconduct.
11. Termination
- You may terminate this agreement by discontinuing your use of the Services.
- ShortVibes may terminate your access to the Services with or without cause, with or without notice, effectively immediately.
- Certain provisions, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability, survive termination.
